Bharat Coach Builders Private Limited was founded in 1982 with a clear mission: to provide reliable, safe, and cost-effective transport solutions to the people of India and the world. Over four decades, we have grown from a local bus body builder to a globally recognised coach manufacturer with exports spanning more than 23 countries.

Located strategically near Mumbai — close to JNPT seaport and the proposed new international airport — our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Taloja MIDC is equipped to handle high-volume, high-quality production to meet diverse customer demands.

We are an ISO 9001:2025 certified company and our buses are certified under India's stringent AIS:052 Bus Code, ensuring every vehicle that leaves our factory meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and passenger comfort.

Foundation

Taloja Plant

Opened our dedicated Taloja manufacturing facility to scale up production and capacity.

1990

First Export Bus

Successfully completed and exported our first bus by BCB, expanding to international markets.

2000

ISO Certification

Presidential Armoured Bus

Collaborated with Ashok Leyland to manufacture the prestigious Presidential Armoured Bus.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus
